Sales Engineer

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities · Conduct follow-up activities post-site visit to address any outstanding issues, clarify all client related queries, and ensure client satisfaction. · Develop prospects by heavy networking, referrals, cold calling, direct marketing, business development to support organization. · Collaborate with operation team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. · Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. · Create & execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. · Assist in preparing presentation materials required for client meetings and site visits. · Engage in initial discussions with clients to understand their requirements and expectations for the project. · Confirm the requirement for tender and ensure compliance with the specified format for submission. · Travel extensively within South India to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events. Requirements · Any Bachelor's degree/BE/Diploma/MBA. · Proven experience in coordinating site visits or similar project management roles. · Effective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment. · Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. · Familiarity with tender processes and contracts management. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software’s · Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. · Prior experience in construction, engineering, or related industries is a plus. · Documentation, prepare quotations, Vendor registration, Registering customer compliance · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Willing to travel within South India. · Lead generation for a project-based sales initiative. · Must have good mathematical and analytical skills.
