Sales Engineer – Electrical Panels & Switchgears.

Locations : Ahmedabad, Ankleshwar and Surat - Gujarat. (Required Candidates from Respecive Locations Only)

We offer world class manufacturing of MV panels up to 33kV, LV panels including PCC, MCC, iMCC, PDB, APFC, DG Synchronization, Control & Relay Panels, ATS & Changeover Panels, PLC, SCADA & Automation panels and Busduct.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical-sales liaison, interpreting client electrical specifications for LV/MV panel solutions.
• Identify and engage potential clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations showcasing switchgear capabilities.
• Follow up persistently with clients, negotiate terms, and close orders to meet sales targets.
• Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to customize products according to client needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand for strategic insight.
• Remain updated on the latest industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of switchgear.
• Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review and strategy adjustment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in B.E Electrical
• 2 years and above experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in the electrical panel or switchgear industry and Cable Industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales-related tools.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of electrical panels such as MCC, PCC, APFC, and Drives Panels.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and manage good relations with clients.
