Role Overview:

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

You should be a quick learner who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales in US and European market. As it is inside sales so there is no need for physical meetings with the potential customers. You will operate from our office in Gurgaon.


Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers in US/EU market (for CubeAPM these are usually tech companies)
  • Building the sales funnel by generating leads via personalized digital outreach to potential customers
  • Use AI tools to personalize the outreach content to maximise conversions
  • Conducting cold calls, emails, and social outreach to target prospects using sales prospecting and automation tools as well as social channels (eg: LinkedIn, Apollo, Hubspot, etc)
  • Completing communication sequences in line with the sales process including reach-outs and prompt follow-up communication to nurture leads and prospects
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas
  • Passing qualified leads to the Account Executive with the objective of closing the sale


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales for US/EU market with a track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Proficiency in outbound calling and emailing
  • Know-how of sales outreach tools like Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, Hubspot
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
