Sales Development Representative


Qualification: Bachelor/Master Degree in Business/Marketing or related field

Experience : 1-2 Years Experience in Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to B2B prospects to qualify sales opportunities.
  • Identify the needs of prospects and determine if they are a good fit for the company's solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Participate in team meetings to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Required Skills:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and meet assigned prospecting targets.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of telephone prospecting techniques and ability to quickly establish a relationship of trust with prospects.
