Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivatedand experienced Consultant to join our Sales and Customer Insights team. As aconsultant, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights to our clientsthat will help them improve their processes by data-driven decisions. You willwork closely with our clients to understand their business needs, identifyopportunities for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions. Job Description: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales and customerspecific data to identify key trends and patterns to enable the data-drivendecision making. Having hands-on experience working with data is a must. Understand omnichannel sales (Offline and E-commerce)and data-sources to have a peer level conversation with clients on emergingbusiness requirement in omnichannel ecosystem. Develop and implement strategies to improvesales performance and customer experience. Work closely with clients to understand theirbusiness needs and develop customized solutions. Provide insights and recommendations to clientsbased on data analysis and industry trends in the CPG, retail, and otherindustries. Good understanding of the user journey on E-commerce. Communicate findings and recommendations toclients in a clear and concise manner. Manage projects and ensure timely delivery ofhigh-quality work. Handle budget, effort tracking, and productroadmap building with multiple stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time. Stay up to date with industry trends anddevelopments in sales, customer experience, marketing analytics, and ecommercetechnologies in the CPG, retail, and other customer-oriented industries. Effectively contribute to the growth of thecompany being part of internal initiatives, other than client deliverables. Requirements Qualifications: Strong educational background in Business,Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in sales and customeranalytics, preferably with a focus on consumer industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with hands-on experience working with data. Prior experience of managing a product, handlinga dashboard, and working with multiple stakeholders and across business andtech teams. Good functional understanding of the tech stackthat powers the analytical dashboards Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in data analysis/ BusinessIntelligence/ visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) Having a functional understanding of predictivealgorithms (Classification, Regression, Association, Clustering etc.) Experience with any web analytics tools (viz.Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Shopify Analytics etc.) is good to have Proven ability to manage projects and deliverhigh-quality work in time. Strong attention to detail and ability to workindependently. Knowledge of industry trends and developments insales, customer experience, and ecommerce technologies in the consumerindustries. Experience working with cross-functional teamsand delivering high-impact solutions. Having done projects in Sales Analytics, e-CommerceAnalytics, Pricing & Promotion, RTM/ e-RTM Analytics, Category Analysis, SentimentAnalytics, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing Insights, Web Analytics,Customer Life Cycle Analytics, or any analytics in consumer space is must tohave
