We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Associates who can guide customers through their purchase journey and offer expert recommendations on our high-value, handcrafted stone-based products.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation & In-Store Experience

• Engage with walk-in or inbound customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized product suggestions.
• Provide complete product information and highlight the unique value of each gemstone.
• Assist clients with selection, sizing, and packaging for gifting or personal use.

Product Knowledge & Upselling

• Develop in-depth understanding of gemstones, their types, features, and occasions they're suited for.
• Confidently upsell premium options and create value-based pitches for higher conversions.
• Handle objections professionally and ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to purchase.

Relationship Building & Repeat Sales

• Build rapport with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Offer after-sales support and handle basic client concerns or queries.

Sales & CRM Management

• Achieve monthly sales targets to earn handsome incentives
• Update leads, inquiries, and client records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory, and dispatch updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in retail, direct sales, luxury sales, or high-ticket B2C sales is a plus.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
• A passion for customer service and a sales-first mindset.
• Basic familiarity with gemstones or luxury products is preferred (training will be provided).
