As part of our growing operations in Gujarat, we are looking for driven and passionate individuals to join our Sales and Marketing team and gain real-world exposure in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Role Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence, driving product visibility, and supporting sales initiatives across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and emerging channels. This internship will give you hands-on experience in market execution, distribution management, and brand promotion in one of India's most competitive sectors-FMCG.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct primary and secondary research to identify growth opportunities, competitor strategies, and untapped micro-markets.

• Retail Execution & Sales Support:

• Work closely with field sales teams to onboard new outlets, monitor product availability, visibility, and planogram execution.

• Promotional Campaign Execution:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of regional marketing activities including shelf displays, POS materials, and in-store branding in retail and modern trade stores.

• Distributor & Outlet Engagement:

• Support the expansion of the distributor network, especially in upcountry markets, and strengthen relationships with key retail accounts.

• Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain performance trackers, analyze secondary sales data, and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.

• Performance Marketing:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital and offline initiatives, focusing on brand activation and recall at the local level.
