Responsibilities: · Formulate strategic initiatives and preparing a comprehensive roadmap for implementation based on the technology assessment for manufacturing companies. · Lead technology due diligence, gap analysis, benchmarking in discrete and process manufacturing across sectors. · Lead medium and large-scale Industry 4.0 implementation projects. · Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of strategies. · Lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and meeting client expectations. · Drive business growth through effective client communication, relationship building, and identifying new opportunities by collaborating with x-LOS teams. · Develop and manage project economics, ensuring profitability and ROI for clients and the organization.
