Revup is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Revenue Manager to lead the revenue management function for both our esteemed clients and our in-house hospitality projects.

About the Role:

As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies to maximize topline performance across multiple hospitality assets. You will lead a growing team, collaborate with hotel GMs and owners, and ensure data-driven decision-making across all revenue verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop pricing strategies and demand forecasts to optimize revenue

• Lead and mentor a team of revenue analysts/managers

• Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and performance data

• Manage distribution channels and OTA platforms effectively

• Work closely with the digital, marketing, and operations teams to drive performance

• Contribute to the launch and growth of Revup’s own hotel portfolio

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Revenue Management in the hospitality sector

✔ Strong understanding of hotel systems (PMS, CRS, RMS) and OTA platforms

✔ Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills

✔ Experience in multi-property management is preferred

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
