Role Description

This is a full-time role for a L1 Engineer for NetscopeDLP, located on-site in Navi Mumbari, Maharashatra, India. The L1 Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining network security systems. Tasks include responding to security incidents, providing necessary troubleshooting, assisting in the implementation of security measures, and collaborating with other team members to enhance overall security posture. The engineer will also provide excellent customer service, and ensure all queries and issues are resolved promptly. Regularly, the engineer will be expected to undergo training and stay updated with the latest industry developments.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to address complex security issues
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary
• Knowledge or experience with DLP Netscope or similar security technologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ready to work in shifts.
