About Us:

We are launching a new podcast focused on the U.S. Intellectual Property (IP) space — covering everything from patents and trademarks to litigation, licensing, innovation, and thought leadership. Our mission is to bring insightful conversations to life by interviewing key figures across law firms, in-house teams, academia, and tech companies involved in IP.

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Virtual Assistant to help us build our guest lineup. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential guests, reaching out via email or LinkedIn, and booking interviews for the show. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional in communication, and can work independently from India.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential podcast guests across the U.S. IP/legal/tech community.
• Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, or other appropriate channels.
• Pitch the podcast and secure guest bookings.
• Maintain a pipeline of outreach and follow-ups using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Coordinate and schedule recording slots with confirmed guests (using tools like Calendly).
• Communicate regularly with the podcast host/producer for updates.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Fluent written English and strong communication skills.
• Experience with outbound emailing or appointment setting (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with the U.S. legal or IP space (a plus, but not essential — we’ll train you).
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work remotely and independently.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Gmail, Calendly, and spreadsheets.
