Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to oversee client relations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients, dealers, and partners.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (sales, service, finance).
• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups, renewals, and issue resolution.
• Drive customer retention, referrals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate and participate in client meetings, presentations, and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and present reports on client interactions, sales targets, and market insights.
• Support the development and execution of client engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Experience working with premium automobile brands or dealer networks.
• Strong understanding of the automobile industry landscape and customer behavior.
