Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Training Manager located in Mysore,The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for employees across various branches. Key tasks include conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, and providing feedback to enhance training quality. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training Program Design and Implementation
• Skills in Conducting Training Sessions and Workshops
• Ability to Assess Training Needs and Measure Training Effectiveness
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge in Financial Services and Regulatory Compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in rural development and financial inclusion is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
