Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Krishnagiri for a Regional Training Manager. The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees, assessing training needs, and coordinating with various departments to ensure training effectiveness. The role involves monitoring and evaluating training program outcomes, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring that training activities adhere to company standards and compliance requirements. Additionally, the Regional Training Manager will support the professional development of staff and contribute to the overall strategic goals of Dvara KGFS. Qualifications Experience in developing and implementing training programs, and assessing training needs Strong coordination and organizational skills Ability to monitor and evaluate training program outcomes, and provide feedback and coaching Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in managing training activities to meet compliance and company standards Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field Ability to work on-site in Krishnagiri Experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is a plus
