Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in Home Loan and Mortgage Loan sales to drive growth across the region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, build channel partnerships, and deliver strong disbursement numbers in line with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Home Loan and Mortgage Loan disbursements across the assigned region.
• Manage and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
• Develop strategies to acquire new customers through DSAs, builders, and connectors.
• Ensure monthly and quarterly sales target achievements.
• Monitor performance and productivity of the sales team and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners, builders, and property consultants.
• Ensure adherence to policy guidelines and coordinate closely with credit and operations teams.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay competitive and identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of regional sales staff.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 6–10 years of experience in home loan / mortgage loan sales.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a regional leadership or equivalent senior sales role.
• Strong network of DSAs, connectors, and real estate partners.
• Good understanding of home loan credit policies, documentation, and legal compliance.
• Excellent communication, team management, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: Competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Variable Pay: Target variable incentive of up to 1.5x fixed salary, based on achievement of sales KPIs and disbursement goals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
