Backend Executive

Job Title : Backend Executive – Personal Loan & Business Loan Department : Loan Operations Location : Ameerpet , Hyderabad Experience : 1+ year in loan operations/backend process Employment Type : Full-Time Salary : 12000 fixed Key Responsibilities : Handle end-to-end loan login and processing activities for both Personal Loans and Business Loans . Collect, verify, and maintain loan documentation: KYC, financial statements, ITRs, bank statements, income proofs, etc. Ensure accurate and timely data entry in internal systems and partner portals. Perform preliminary eligibility checks (e.g., credit score, income validation). Coordinate with sales teams, credit departments, and clients to resolve discrepancies or missing documents. Track application status and provide updates to all stakeholders. Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance. Follow internal SOPs and adhere to RBI guidelines during the loan onboarding process. Requirements : Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in loan operations (personal and/or business loans) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in MS Office and loan management systems Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills : Experience with DSA, NBFC, or Bank loan processing Familiarity with underwriting processes and customer documentation Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple files at once Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required) Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana (Required) Work Location: In person
