Dear Candidate

Position: Regional Sales Manager

Location : Ahmedabad

Industry: Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Tanks, Columns

Role Mission

Drive regional revenue and profitability by acquiring high-value contracts.
Develop new business and manage existing strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement regional sales strategies.
Lead generation through EPCs, PMCs, OEMs, and End Users.
Achieve annual order booking of 30 Cr+ with a pipeline target of 200 Cr.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, CRM compliance, and customer relationships.
Frequent regional travel required.

Candidate Profile

Full-time
Mechanical Engineer
with
10+ years of B2B Sales
experience.
Proven track record in capital equipment or fabrication industries.
Knowledge of materials like SS, SDSS, Titanium, Monel, Inconel, etc.
Strong customer and data-driven approach.
Prior experience dealing with EPCs like EIL, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Technip, Saipem, etc.
