Min Experience: 8 yearsLocation: AhmedabadJobType: full-timeWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead and scale the Affordable Home Loans vertical across a designated region. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in affordable housing finance, demonstrated team leadership capabilities, and a strong background in business development through both direct and channel sales. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive disbursement volumes and achieve business targets for the Affordable Home Loans portfolio within the region
  • Lead a team comprising Cluster Managers, Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and field executives to meet performance objectives
  • Grow business through sourcing partnerships, including DSAs, connectors, and builder tie-ups
  • Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio with effective controls to manage delinquencies and minimize fraud
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure seamless customer service
  • Monitor and enhance productivity across the sales organization
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and drive team development initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and activate potential high-growth geographies and under-penetrated markets for expansion

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a regional or team leadership role within the Affordable Housing or Home Loan segment
  • In-depth understanding of the sub-₹30 lakh loan category, with strong industry insights and local market knowledge
  • Established relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners in the affordable housing ecosystem
  • Proven track record of achieving business goals while maintaining portfolio quality
  • Clean employment history with no gaps in education or career
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Open to frequent travel across the assigned region
