Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for

  white-collar, blue-collar, and grey-collar

  roles across multiple locations.
• Identify and source candidates through

  job portals, social media, references, vendors

  , and field recruitment.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads and regional teams.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions.
• Build relationships with

  training institutes, local placement agencies

  , and vendors to fulfill manpower needs.
• Manage onboarding formalities and documentation.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with hiring standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment drives when required.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in hiring for

  hospitality and facility management sectors

  .
• Strong understanding of different job profiles from

  housekeeping, technicians, and front-line staff to managerial positions

  .
• Proficient in using

  job portals like Naukri, Shine, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, and others

  .
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of recruitment-related compliance and documentation.
