Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of IT industry trends and market demands.
Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar tools.
