Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across various levels and functions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and referrals
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidate fitment
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
• Maintain and update candidate records in internal databases and trackers
• Build strong relationships with candidates for future pipeline requirements
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
• Meet assigned targets on closures and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (IT and Non-IT)
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and result orientation
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
