Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.

• Contract & Permanent Hiring:

  Specialize in both

  contractual

  and

  permanent

  staffing for domestic clients across domains like IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.

• Client Interaction:

  Work closely with hiring managers or client SPOCs to understand role requirements, team structures, and business goals.

• Sourcing & Pipeline Management:

  Use job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, and employee referrals to source quality candidates.

• Screening & Evaluation:

  Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability in terms of skills, experience, availability, and cultural fit.

• Negotiation:

  Manage salary negotiations and ensure smooth offer acceptance and joining.

• Database Maintenance:

  Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers regularly.
