Job Title: HR Recruiter/ Generalist Location: Park Street, Kolkata Salary: ₹15,000 Fixed + Attractive Variable Pay Experience: 0 – 6 Months (Freshers Welcome) Working Days: Monday to Saturday About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter / Generalist to join our team. This is a dynamic role that offers exposure to both recruitment and core HR functions . Ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in HR. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates through various job portals and social media platforms. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates. Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires. Maintain and update employee records and attendance. Support the implementation of HR policies and processes. Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications. Handle basic administrative tasks related to HR operations. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and people-centric environment.
