The Role

As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a renowned Investment Bank roles.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide candidate recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting for BFSI roles (Specially Non-IT).
• Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its talent market.
• Proven expertise in identifying and engaging C-suite and senior leadership talent through strategic headhunting.
• Adept in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and building pipelines using referrals, networks, and market insights.
• Deep understanding of IB roles including M&A, Trading, Risk, and Compliance, with a track record of closing niche and senior positions.
• Trusted partner to business leaders and hiring managers, driving high-impact hiring decisions with data-driven insights.
• Skilled in managing passive talent, offering an exceptional candidate experience, and nurturing long-term relationships.
