Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  

• Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring status using ATS or spreadsheets.
  

• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
  

• Support in employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (technical or non-technical roles).
  

• Strong sourcing and screening skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple open roles.
  

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
