The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in collections, especially via tele-calling, and must hold a valid DRA Certification . Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and receive inbound calls to recover overdue payments. Follow up consistently with customers to ensure timely collections. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status. Resolve disputes and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
