Job Description

73505 07222Role & responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, and referrals
Conduct property presentations, site tours, and explain project features to clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and deals in CRM systems
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Coordinate with marketing, legal, and documentation teams to ensure smooth sales closure
Follow up on inquiries promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
Participate in promotional events, property exhibitions, and roadshows as needed

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and legal processes
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team
Graduate degree preferred; real estate certifications a plus
Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
