Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial and/or residential properties. This role involves supervising property operations, ensuring profitability, maintaining tenant satisfaction, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for cost reduction. 📄 Lease Administration:Negotiate, draft, and manage lease agreements. Ensure lease compliance and timely renewals. Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease terminations. 🧑‍💼 Vendor and Contractor Management:Select, supervise, and evaluate service providers. Ensure contracts are executed efficiently and services meet expectations. 📈 Market Research & Strategy:Monitor local real estate market trends. Recommend rent adjustments based on competitive analysis. Contribute to property improvement and investment strategies. 🛡️ Legal & Regulatory Compliance:Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal laws. Maintain proper documentation and certifications. Oversee risk management and safety procedures.
