*Job Description for a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Real Estate* *Job Summary:* We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented **Business Development Manager (BDM)** to grow our real estate business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the real estate market, strong sales acumen, and a proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in real estate (residential/commercial/leasing/investment). * Build and maintain a strong network of clients, investors, brokers, and developers. * Promote company properties and services to prospective clients through presentations, site visits, and follow-ups. * Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. * Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and promotional campaigns. * Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, pricing, and competition. * Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all documentation and processes comply with company policies and local regulations. * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market feedback. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. * 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or property consultancy. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory environment. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads or projects. * Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. *Preferred Skills:* * Experience in high-value real estate transactions (luxury, commercial, or investment properties). * Real estate license or certification (as per local laws). * Familiarity with digital sales channels and online real estate platforms.
