Job Profile : Team Leader/ Demo Manager/ Sales Manager No of Positions Available: 4 Candidates Industry : Real Estate/ Open Plot Sales Qualification : Graduation in any discipline Experience : More than 1 Year Experience in Field Sales in Real Estate Job Location : Hyderabad Language Preferences : Telugu, English and Hindi ( Optional ) Working Hours : 7 am to 8 pm Working days : 28 days per month. Week off on 1st and 3rd Tuesdays.   Key Responsible Areas ·      Candidate should be well groomed ·      Must have good Communication Skill, Listening skill and Good understanding of Customer requirements. ·      Responsible to Drive Executives on field and Should be handling On Field-Sales. ·      Must be willing to work on Field along with the Team. Selling on other Platforms is Strictly Restricted. ·      Candidate is responsible for Promoting and Selling the Project in designated Area allocated by the Company. ·      Candidate is responsible Right from generating leads to till the Booking of the Project by the Client ·      Responsible for Conducting Marketing Activities like Door Knocks, Leaflet distribution, Commercial, Kisok and apartments activities etc..to promote the Project in his area along with his Team ·      Responsible to Generate Leads and Identify the right Prospect from daily Activities. ·      Candidate should be able to handle Project Demonstration at Customer premises, Motivate the Client to Buy, addressing the Customer requirements, Providing right commitments. ·      Candidate is responsible to uphold the Values, standards and legacy of the company carefully in the market. Must Stick to Ethical rules described by the company at working location     CTC details : Team Leader - Fixed Component: Fixed Salary – 25,000/- to 30,000/- Petrol Conveyance – 3000/- Commission – Different types of Commission for Own Sale and Team Sale
