This role involves overseeing daily operations, developing strategic sales plans, mentoring agents, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity and skills. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Oversee client relationship management, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation and promotional campaigns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market conditions, and property listings. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management. Qualifications:Proven experience as a real estate sales manager or senior sales agent. Valid real estate license (as per local/state regulations). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and real estate sales platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field. 1–5 years of management experience in real estate or property sales.
