Quotation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quotation Specialist / Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the air conditioning industry. This role oversees the quotation process from start to finish—ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive pricing. You’ll collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance teams to support business goals, lead a small team, and improve pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review client quotations with accuracy and attention to detail
• Lead and support quotation team members, ensuring deadlines are met
• Analyze market trends and pricing data to improve profitability
• Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to align on pricing and availability
• Manage quotation records, pricing tools, and client communications
• Monitor quote-to-order conversion rates and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with vendor and client negotiations for favorable terms

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Leadership or team coordination experience a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and quotation/inventory software
