QS & Billing Engineer walk in

Location: 38, Second Main Rd, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600020 Land mark : ( Opposite to Kolam Service Apartment ) Experience: 5+ Years Industry: Construction / Infrastructure Employment Type: Full-Time Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify quantities from drawings (BOQ) and scope of work . Prepare, verify, and process bills for both clients and vendors . Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and clients for billing and quantity verification . Create and manage estimates, rate analysis, cost reports, and material reconciliations . Ensure timely submission of bills and certification of client/vendor invoices . Track project progress and compare it with billed quantities and estimated costs. Analyze variation and escalation claims. Mandatory Skills: BOQ preparation & estimation Billing for clients & subcontractors Cost and quantity control Site measurement verification and documentation Preferred Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (for cross-checking drawings) Advanced MS Excel skills (for data handling, pivot tables, formulas) Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong understanding of IS codes and contract clauses Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering Other Requirements: Chennai-based candidates only Immediate joiners preferred Male candidates only (as per site deployment and project travel needs) Salary: No constraint for the right candidate Based on experience and current CTC Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location: In person
