Job Title : ServiceNow Developer Virtual Agent & ITSM Experience : 3 to 8 Years Location : Remote Employment Type : Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Virtual Agent and ITSM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using ServiceNow's Virtual Agent, scripting, and integrations. This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Virtual Agent experiences using ServiceNow Virtual Agent Designer. Work on full lifecycle implementation of ServiceNow Virtual Agent projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Customize and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, etc.) in ServiceNow. Develop client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and other scripting elements. Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, scripts, and integration components. Follow best practices for coding, testing, and maintaining documentation. Stay current with new features and best practices in ServiceNow releases. Required Skills And Experience 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. Proven experience in creating and implementing Virtual Agent projects. Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and best practices. Solid experience in ServiceNow scripting Client Scripts, Server-side scripts, Business Rules, etc. Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, and IntegrationHub. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced development environment. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus. (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
