We are seeking a diligent and experienced QA Manager to lead multiple projects and ensure the highest quality standards in our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual testing and basic automation, with experience in managing timelines, priorities, and team collaboration using Jira.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee multiple QA projects simultaneously
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
Identify, document, and track defects using Jira
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Utilize basic automation tools to improve testing efficiency where applicable
Maintain and update existing automation scripts
Manage Jira workflows, including bug tracking and project tracking
Prioritize tasks and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects
Generate and analyze Jira reports to identify trends and areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading multiple projects and managing teams
Strong manual testing skills
Basic understanding and experience with automation tools and practices
Proficient in using Jira for project and defect management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
ISTQB certification preferred

Experience - 3-4yrs

Preferred:

Previous experience in a QA Manager role
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Fluent understanding of programming languages used in automation tools
