Role & Responsibilities:

• Actively draft and revert emails to communicate with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders regarding procurement-related matters.
• Utilize Excel and MS Office applications to maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and develop purchasing strategies.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Assist in other administrative tasks and projects as assigned. Project

Requirement

• Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role, preferably in a back-office environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
