About the Opportunity

• Deliver engaging Grade I–V mathematics lessons aligned with NCERT and CBSE learning outcomes.
• Plan weekly lesson objectives, worksheets, and manipulatives that translate abstract concepts into real-life applications.
• Use formative and summative assessments to track progress, identify learning gaps, and personalise interventions.
• Integrate ed-tech tools—smart boards, maths apps, and gamified quizzes—to foster active, student-centric classrooms.
• Collaborate with grade teachers, coordinators, and parents to develop holistic learning plans and enrichment activities.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom culture built on positive behaviour management and growth-mindset principles.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• B.Ed. or equivalent with Mathematics specialisation.
• 2+ years teaching Primary Maths in a CBSE or ICSE school.
• Sound grasp of math pedagogy, manipulatives, and concept-based instruction.
• Proficiency with digital teaching aids and basic MS Office/Google Classroom.
• Fluency in English communication, both written and spoken.
  

Preferred

• CTET Paper-I clearance.
• Experience with differentiated instruction for mixed-ability classrooms.
• Exposure to data-driven assessment platforms or adaptive learning software.
