About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-focused Project Supervisor to lead daily operations across our construction sites. This role is essential in delivering projects that meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline expectations. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in building construction—particularly within real estate development or contractor firms—and has proven skills in team coordination, scheduling, and regulatory compliance. Your ability to lead teams and manage the full construction lifecycle from excavation through to project completion will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities from starting excavation to finishing stage and personnel to ensure project delivery aligns with plans and specifications
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
• Monitor project timelines and progress; provide regular updates to project management
• Perform quality control inspections and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain daily logs, documentation, and reports
• Act as the point of contact between field staff and upper management
• Support site safety meetings, toolbox talks, and inspections
• Troubleshoot and respond to delays, emergencies, or other issues
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals
