Project Planning : Collaborating with project managers to develop project plans, defining goals, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Supervision and Coordination : Directly overseeing the work of project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities. Resource Management : Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency. Progress Monitoring : Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues or delays, and implementing solutions to keep the project on track. Quality Assurance : Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client or stakeholder expectations. Communication : Acting as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, clients, and senior management, providing updates, and addressing concerns or queries. Qualifications and Skills : A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as project management, engineering, business, or a related discipline). Previous experience in project coordination, supervision, or related roles. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem - solving skills.
