Role: Project Manager
Qualification: BE Computer Science/B. Tech Computer Science/MCA/MSc. (lT)

Experience : Minimum 6 Years

The role of a project manager (PM) is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of various modules of project aimed at providing technical support and services to department. It includes the following:

1. Cloud Management:

· Create, Modify and delete resources as well as orchestrate workflows and management of workloads

· Manage role-based access of cloud services and enforce security configurations.

· Patch Implementation.

· Backup and DR: Enable data protection, and data mobility via snapshots and or data replication.

· Vulnerability Assessment Report Implementation.

2. Database Administration and Management:

· Installing and upgrading the database server and application tool.

· Allocating system storage and planning storage requirement for the database system.

· Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the database.

· Maintaining archived data& job Scheduling.

· Backing up and restoring databases.

· Database report handling.

3. Cyber Security:

· Patches of findings of application security team during penetration testing.

· Finding and running of patches of OS on server identified during Vulnerability Assessment of the server.

· Application of measures of application security in modules wherever it is not applied.

· Patches of security identified by CERT-IN team.

· Stay updated on cyber security regulations and compliance requirements applicable to the organization.

· Develop and implement incident response plans to address and mitigate cyber incidents effectively.

4. Management of software of CBC in context of its work like Media Planning, Release Order, Bill process its disbursement etc.

· RO creation support, Ministry Department allocation to user, new head number allocation to new empanel department.

· Support to vendors in viewing the RO, its bill submission and see the status of payment done by CBC etc.

· Bills processing support to the various Accounts Officers, DDOS of the CBC while processing of bills of ROS.

· Implementation of new rules and policy as amended by the department in software.

· Data Validation for the fund status, pendency report, commitment report, expenditure report for various wings like print, audio visual and outdoor publicity.

5. Report Making for officers of the section (RTI, Parliamentary reply etc)

· Making of reports directly by fetching data from database as and when asked by the Department on request of Ministry or PMO.

· Making of reports for RTI replies as asked by the department.

· Making of reports for replies of standing parliamentary committee or for Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha Questions.

· Reports for senior officials for decision making.

· Reports for significant activities in CBC

6. Task Coordination:

· Coordinate and manage tasks, ensuring that they are executed on time and delivered to the department.

· Coordination in making of various flip books like NIS, Maan ki Baat or any other book provided by ministry.

· Making sure for the uploading of flipbooks and its PDFS on the Server and is visible on the concerned website.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
