About the Role:

Technology CAO organization

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Drive and manage strategic and tactical initiatives under the CAO function
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and timely resolution of issues
Prepare and deliver high-quality management decks and reports for senior leadership
Lead and track projects/process improvements across the business units
Handle escalations with systemic problem-solving approaches
Support cross-functional teams on short-term projects as required
Report on project metrics and ensure deliverables are met

✅ Must-Have Skills:

7–8 years of relevant experience in Project Management, PMO, or COO roles in MNCs
Proficiency in dashboarding tools like
Power BI
,
Tableau
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as
Python
,
Power Automate
Familiarity with workflow tools like
UI-Path
,
Pega
,
PowerApps
Strong in
Excel
and
PowerPoint

✨ Nice-to-Have:

Prior experience in the
BFSI industry
Exposure to business operations and governance functions
