Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Project Engineer with a maximum of 6 years of work experience to join our dynamic team. The position is full-time and based in Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Delhi. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC systems and contribute significantly to our projects, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience with HVAC systems and ability to deliver technical support and solutions effectively.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accuracy in project execution.
• Knowledge and experience in ASHRAE standards to ensure compliance and quality of HVAC systems.
• Expertise in working with air handling units and ventilating fan coil units, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.
• In-depth understanding of Variable Refrigerant Volume and Variable Refrigerant Flow systems for optimal design and implementation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for designing and updating system blueprints and schematics.
• Strong background in HVAC design to develop innovative solutions tailored to project specifications and constraints.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee HVAC project execution from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and identify key objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections, ensuring installations comply with technical specifications and safety protocols.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of results.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide personalized HVAC system solutions.
• Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any emerging HVAC-related issues or challenges during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained, including reports, drawings, and compliance certificates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and advancements, implementing improvements where applicable.
