Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams and clients, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, and overseeing quality control processes. Day-to-day tasks will include scheduling meetings, updating project status, generating progress reports, and resolving any project-related issues to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using project management tools and software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in the content and communication industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
