Project Coordinator

· Assist in the entire project lifecycle , from idea initiation to deployment and feedback. · Work closely with the founders, developers, designers, and clients.Complete task given by project manager. · Help implement and maintain Agile or Scrum methodologies (e.g., manage stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). · Ensure the team follows agile best practices and deadlines. · Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams . · Communicate project goals, updates, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership. · Document and circulate meeting notes and decisions. · Create and maintain project timelines, task boards (e.g., Jira, Trello) , and checklists. · Track progress and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope · Identify potential risks or blockers early and escalate them as needed. · Collaborate with team members to resolve issues quickly. · Ensure proper documentation of requirements, testing plans, deployment steps , etc. · Review deliverables to verify they meet project specifications before client review. · Join client calls, collect feedback, and ensure it is communicated clearly to the team. · Help manage client expectations and follow up on deliverables.
