Role Description

This role is for proactive individuals who think long-term and bring IT skills—including Microsoft Office, and emerging AI tools. You’ll support field operations, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute creatively and analytically. If you're organized, empathetic, and excited to grow with a hardworking team in New Delhi, we’d love to hear your story. 

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of livelihood programs under government schemes. 
• Handle data reporting and compliance across official platforms. 
• Conduct research for program planning and evaluation. 
• Prepare documents and presentations for stakeholders. 
• Assist with outreach, communication, and meeting coordination. 
• Join review meetings and capacity-building activities. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Effective English communication (written and spoken) 
• Skilled in Excel basics (sorting, filtering, formulas) 
• Interest in AI and emerging tech preferred.  
• Team player with the ability to work independently
