Job Title: Production Manager – Furniture IndustryLocation: Gurgaon, Sec -14Experience Required: 5–10 years (preferably in furniture or wood-based manufacturing)PKG.: 4.2 LPA to 6.5 LPACompany Description

We pride ourselves on providing customers with top-quality furniture products across India. Our extensive range includes sofas, beds, chairs, tables, and various other home furnishing items, ensuring a complete solution for all home décor needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, based in Gurugram. The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor, manage scheduling and workflow, ensure that production targets are met, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in production management, workflow management, and scheduling
Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address production-related issues promptly
Ability to coordinate with various departments and improve production processes
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry is a plus

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of woodworking and modular furniture production processes Leadership and team management Production planning and control (PPC) Familiarity with CNC machines, AutoCAD drawings, and BOMsProblem-solving and analytical skillsQuality and safety awarenessProficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Qualifications
