Position: Production Manager
Industry: Events Management
Location: Vesu, Surat
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 (Based on Experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Scheduling - Developing & implementing production schedules, allocating resources, & ensuring smooth workflow.
Team Management - Leading & supervising production teams, providing guidance, training & performance evaluations.
Quality Control - Ensuring products meet quality standards & implementing quality control procedures.
Cost Management - Monitoring production costs, identifying areas for cost reduction & developing budgets.
Resource Management - Managing material, equipment.
Safety Compliance - Ensuring adherence to safety regulations & promoting a safe working environment.
Process Improvement - Identifying areas for improvement in production processes & implementing solutions.
Budgeting & Cost Control - Developing & managing production budgets & controlling costs to meet financial targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event production
Strong knowledge of event equipment and logistics
Good communication and team handling skills
Willingness to work under tight timelines and odd hours
Strong leadership and planning skills
