Job Description We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Production and Procurement Executive to manage day-to-day operations related to production planning, vendor coordination, inventory reporting, and internal department support. Key Responsibilities Track daily and advance production requirements for all product lines Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and order fulfillment Communicate with Uday and internal teams for smooth operations Manage inventory levels, update stock reports, and submit production reports regularly Maintain accurate documentation for production and procurement activities Liaise with the distribution team to ensure product readiness and delivery Communicate with vendors and negotiate for best terms and timelines Respond promptly to client queries and share requested reports Use Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis (mandatory) Ideal Candidate Strong multitasking and coordination skills Excellent verbal and written communication Prior experience in procurement, production, or supply chain is a plus Confident Excel user (must be able to create, manage, and update reports) Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail Can handle external vendor conversations and internal team alignments effectively Perks & Environment Work in a growth-focused wellness brand Opportunity to learn across multiple departments Flexible and dynamic team environment Real impact on daily business operations Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): How many months/years of proven experience do you have in Procurement and/or Production related roles?
