Job Description

We are looking for a Product Specialist to bridge the gap between technology, marketing, and business development. The role involves working closely with the product, sales, and underwriting teams to position insurance solutions effectively, develop marketing collaterals, drive product adoption, and support digital initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a blend of insurance domain knowledge, technical aptitude, and marketing flair.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with tech teams to understand and enhance insurance platforms
  • Create product documentation, sales tools, and marketing materials
  • Conduct product training for internal teams and partners
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and product rollouts
  • Collaborate on UI/UX improvements and product positioning strategies


Requirements:

  • Experience in insurance or insurtech preferred
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Exposure to digital tools and platforms
