Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Product Specialist who can fluently communicate in Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam (Kannada & Telugu is must). The ideal candidate will be responsible for giving product demos, handling pre-sales and post-sales activities, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Demonstrations

Conduct engaging and customized demos of the product to prospective clients.

Understand client needs and demonstrate product features that align with their requirements.

Maintain a high demo-to-conversion ratio by effectively addressing queries and objections.

2. Pre-Sales Support

Assist the sales team in qualifying leads and providing product-related inputs.

Coordinate with the technical team to prepare customized solutions or proposals.

Present product capabilities and use cases effectively in client meetings.

3. Lead Management

Follow up with inbound and outbound leads promptly via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Build strong rapport with potential customers to convert them into active users.

Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and status updates in the CRM.

4. Post-Sales Support

Provide onboarding support and training to new clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and issue resolution after the sale.

Ensure customer satisfaction and drive client retention and loyalty.

5. Customer Communication

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers across all touchpoints.

Offer consistent support and ensure timely responses to requests in the customer's preferred language.


Requirements

  • Fluency in Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada – both verbal and written.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in pre-sales, customer support, or product demonstrations (preferred).
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales workflows is a plus.
